At Freedom Farms, we want you to love your sustainable fashion choices, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all items in their original condition. We are committed to ensuring your shopping experience is as seamless and ethical as the clothing we produce.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the reusable shipping mailer provided with your initial delivery.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our farm team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
